Before & After example of the homepage (respectively)
This project was made by the agency Pixeled Eggs. The client felt that their website did not look as professional as they expected to, and it did not succeed in meeting their business purpose. We suggested a full re-design, from audience research to new CMS.

My participation in the design process included the creation of the Website's proposition, Information Architecture, wireframing and user journey creation, and finally, UI and design system.
The Challenge
Completing this project within a tight deadline and with exceptionally high expectations was a considerable challenge. We encountered extensive client involvement and faced challenges related to building trust, high volume of meetings and parallel working on the different design stages.
The Process
Research phase
The process included interviews and defining the audience through workshops with the client to build the user personas and website proposition.

Navigation & Wireframing
We built the information architecture and performed a tree-testing with Useberry. This process consisted of three iterations.

The wireframing stage involved two iterations that focused mainly on interactions and user journeys. Each iteration was presented to the client, and included check-ins with developers to ensure that our ideas can come to reality.

Interface Design
This stage started from exploring different moodboards to mastering the final details of the design that give the website its final touch, such as the wave animated loop that you can see as you scroll through the homepage.

Creating the design system
The design system is a key step of our process as it will help the developers understand the designer's process and also help the client keep the website consistent when adding new pages on the CMS.

The Result
These are some nice messages we received from the client:

"...And, thank you for all of your work and dedication on this project, and the same goes for all the teams at PC. The site is looking really great, with enhanced CX, brand and ease of use for us."

“a piece of art”

“It looks amazing, speaks about our work in a way that is clear and engaging and ALSO has clear actions and what next steps! Game changer!”
“It's soooo clean and clear!”
-From different Performance Consultants stakeholders.

The results did not disappoint and it felt like a great success from my end. Our team became stronger and we gained such valuable experience.
